Our facility offers a range of services from Personal Training, Group Fitness classes and Small Group Training all the way to general consultations and programmes designed for individuals. With the change in individuals and now even more companies needs, are understanding the importance of providing a management system that supports those needs. The right formula or mix of services can reduce stress, increase productivity, increase energy, increase lean muscle tissue, increase stamina and allow better movement patterns with an increase in your metabolic outputs, all resulting in a fitter, stronger, leaner, better you living life to the fullest.
