Training in numbers, 10 to 40 people at a time can be a huge benefit when you are looking to do a number of things. It can provide both comfort and motivation. It can be something to take your mind off things or bring you back to a single minded focus that only you know. There are a huge variety of Group Fitness Classes available each week, all sessions are led by highly trained instructors that are committed to providing you with the best possible fitness experience. Timetable combines programs from Les Mills, Spin, Boxing and numerous Freestyle classes for variety. With over 35 classes each week. We offer Pump, Total Tone, Boxing, Pilates, Yoga, Body Balance, SH’Bam, Body Attack, Spin and our Signature class XFit. We also offer Teen Fit and Teen Yoga. Kickstart your training by attending one of our Group Fitness classes in either Studio 1 or our custom built studio 2. Each week over 800 members choose Peak Body’s group fitness classes to help them move towards their training goals.



Just like Body Attack only with some focused energy. This 1 hour class has been design specifically for those members that are looking get a strength and stamina workouts with a huge focus on the Abs, Butts and Thighs.


This sports inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamia. This high energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.


We all know that boxers are some of the fittest athletes around. Why not come to our boxing classes and find out exactly how they train. Classes vary from week to week but the one thing to be certain of is getting a full body workout in a fun and challenging environment.


Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.


Invigorating music and visualisation come together to make Spinning classes both fun and effective. Regardless of how fit, flexible or coordinated you are, you’ll get a great workout. Simply hop on your bike, set the resistance to the level that’s right for you, and let your instructor guide you through an incredible ride.


Wanting to add some running to your SPINNING workout? Then this class is made for you! You have the choice of staying on your bike for the entire class or add some running intervals to your routine.


A fully body workout to tone and shape. This class is a mix up of cardiovascular and muscle endurance. Great for all levels of fitness.


Back to basics! This class utilises body weight exercises, dumbbells and bars in a circuit to burn through calories. During summer months we train outdoors at Clarko Reserve, Trigg.


This is an all-in-one body-mind fitness system that helps to develop strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, joint stability, cardiovascular fitness, relaxation, internal health, peace-of-mind and vitality all at the same time.


This is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches and poses to music create a holistic workout.


This is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.


Flexibility class to lengthen and stretch muscles, improving your range of motion and posture to aid in better athletic performance during workouts. Combining elements of gymnastics stretching which will help you unwind and release some tension from daily life. 30 Minute class


45 minutes long and featuring simple but seriously hot dance moves. SH’BAM is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star –  even if dance isn’t your natural thing. SH’BAM is the ultimate fun and sociable way to exercise.


Wanting to add some boxing pad work to your SPINNING workout? Then this class is made for you! You have the choice of staying on your bike for the entire class or add some boxing intervals to your routine.


This is an energising intermediate class that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step, you get huge motivation from approachable instructors.


A 45 minute ‘HIIT’ (high intensity interval  training) session incorporating straps to assist with coordination, body weight as resistance and core work to develop a strong base. Main focus for teens: movement + fitness = fun. Runs during school term only, Monday 4.30-5.15pm. 


A 45 minute class focusing on meditation and movement. We aim to provide teens with the skills to release tension from their muscles and calm their minds. Runs during school term only, Wednesday 4.30-5.15pm.

As a first timer joining any gym, I never thought I would enjoy going so much! Being surrounded by friends in the group classes. I can’t stop laughing and smiling with the instructor Loots, as her dancing and commentary throughout the work outs make it all the more fun! All the instructors are very enthusiastic and challenge you to push yourself, there are also many lower level options for those not so fit but getting there(like me). The staff are all so friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. It’s a great way to work out surrounded by friends and laugher.

I’ve been a member of the North Beach gym since arriving in Perth 15 years ago and the Peak Body team have made the gym a fun and friendly place to workout.
I’m a group fitness fanatic and do 5 classes a week and 2 yoga sessions to enhance the stretching that everyone needs! I especially enjoy Lutz’s Body Attack class and Jadie’s XFIT who is extremely motivating and the best personal trainer.
My personal fitness results have come from a variety of classes not just working out in the same way each day, mix it up!

What I love about Peak Body is the great class schedule they offer, with a wide range of classes on everyday. The class instructors are motivating and have helped me to reach my fitness goals by pushing me to my potential in every class workout. Lutz who is one of the class instructors has changed my outlook on exercise completely- it is no longer a ‘chore’ but something I love doing. Lutz’s upbeat, friendly and encouraging nature means I always leave the gym feeling energised for the rest of the day. Group training has meant I have made friends at the gym, where our fitness community help to inspire each other to work even harder. Body pump has made me more toned and defined, while body attack has ensured my cardio fitness, health and wellbeing is maintained. I love being apart of the Peak Body family.
