SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small Group Training is much like personal training, just in a small group. Like minded individuals with similar goals brought together to achieve more as a team. Group numbers range from 8 to 12 depending on the program and no program is the same. All of these sessions are at a fraction of the cost of a personal training session. Peak Body Coaches will have a formatted plan to make sure all individuals achieve their personal results while working together.
In these sessions we combine both strength, conditioning, mobility and high intensity work outs, designed and delivered by our highly skilled Personal Training Team. 

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING OPTIONS

 

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

 

It takes Skill to understand the mechanics of lifting, we make sure you are ready and prepared to Lift.
We lift predominantly to increase one’s Strength! Without strength, we find it hard to stabilise joints and enhance movement.
This is the Core of our sessions. Understanding basic movements and lifts should be second to none. But we know not everyone is equal, so we try and balance the playing field. We lift to not necessarily get big or to look big, but to strengthen muscles and joints to enhance our movement and physical health. All strength sessions are 60 minutes.

We commence with Mobility then move on to Strength followed by Conditioning.
We Guarantee that you will leave this class feeling like you’ve worked, along with a great endorphin rush to improve your day.
*If New to the SGT Strength Program our min requirement is 1:1 Movement Assessment with a Coach. Bookings at reception required.

MOVEMENT & MOBILITY

 

The Mobility and Movement class will help you develop strength at your end range of motion. Opening and strengthening your shoulders, hips and spine through a combination of weighted and bodyweight movements where the aim is to develop a more resilient body.

POSTURE & CORE

 

Any persistent or nagging injuries that have been causing you pain for a prolonged period of time? Come to our one hour long Posture, Strength and Core class and learn the correct mechanics of the body, to eliminate/reduce the potential for injury with plenty of release and activation exercises.

STABILITY

 

This class is a great addition to any exercise regimen. Focusing on the mechanics of stability – feel your strength improve significantly through better movement control, increased mobility, reduced joint stress and a greater energy efficiency during training.

MYSTERY WORKOUT

 

Every Saturday for one hour you will get a mystery coach delivering a mystery workout. Perfect to mix things up on a Saturday and kick-start your weekend.

I’ve been a member of the North Beach gym since arriving in Perth 15 years ago and the Peak Body team have made the gym a fun and friendly place to workout.

What I love about Peak Body is the great class schedule they offer, with a wide range of classes on everyday.
